She has worked across India and Asia with organisations such as DFID, Oxfam, the MacArthur Foundation, AVPN, and Co-Impact. She is recognised for designing and executing complex, multi-actor initiatives that strengthen institutional systems and deliver socio-economic outcomes at scale. Her work involves collaboration with government departments, non-profits, and intermediary organisations, focusing on gender equity and climate action. At OwC, she anchors vision and strategy, bringing together funders, grassroots actors, and policy stakeholders. She helps co-create long-term, sustainable pathways for inclusive development.
