Isha has over a decade of experience at the intersections of gender, climate, and social inclusion. At OwC, she leads programs and partnerships focused on climate-responsive, gender-just solutions. She mobilises philanthropic and CSR capital to support grassroots collaboratives and women’s leadership. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions, India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS), Ashoka University’s Genpact Centre for Women’s Leadership, Going to School, and Central Square Foundation. She specialises in fundraising, program design, ecosystem building, and policy engagement. Isha has a track record of expanding funder networks, designing gender-inclusive initiatives, and curating sector-wide convenings.
