Udita Shome

Udita brings five years of experience spanning government policy, strategic philanthropy, and nonprofit advisory. She has worked with the Government of NCT of Delhi on strengthening social protection schemes, and at Dasra’s Rebuild India Fund, where she worked on the curation and management of a portfolio of grassroots organisations and contributed to the development of participatory grantmaking structures within the fund.

Most recently, she has worked as a strategic consultant to grassroots non-profit organisations on organisational strategy development, team capacity building, and programme visioning and evaluation. She holds a master's in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's in Politics and Economics from the University of Nottingham. At OwC, Udita focuses on capital mobilisation, supporting efforts to channel inclusive finance toward community-led climate action.
