Oneworld Colab is expanding across our workstreams and core pillars. We’re looking for candidates at various levels to join our interventions advancing inclusive climate action in South and South-East Asia.
This is a chance to build with a growing organisation working at the intersection of gender and climate – where community voices shape solutions, where policy meets practice, and where ambition translates into tangible progress. As part of our small team, you’ll help bridge last-mile realities with systemic change, turning climate action into outcomes that are just, scalable, and rooted in local contexts.

The Senior Program Officer will manage and grow this area of work, building the service offering, onboarding and servicing nonprofit clients, producing high-quality collateral (concept notes, funder decks, proposals, outreach materials), tracking funding pipelines and RFPs, and conducting the research and outreach that make capital mobilization initiatives, effective.
